A summary of the services Ben provides,
Competition Livery - Ben is in the process of setting up a livery yard in the West
Sussex area. At present it is in the early stages but will hope to be providing a
high quality Competition Livery yard in the near future. With facilities allowing
for lessons, clinics and training.
Lessons - These can be either at your own yard or a training venue such as a cross
country course or show jump arena. Soon, Ben will have facilities for lessons including
a jumping area.
BE Coaching - Being a British Eventing Accredited Coach, Ben is able to assist you
in your development. Whether your competing at BE90, Advanced or CCI competitions.
From fittening, improving technique in jumping or cross country to fine tuning the
dressage phase.
BHS Training - Working towards the British Horse Society exams, Ben can provide training
for the teaching, riding, lunging and stable care (practical and theory) so you can
be confident and ready for your exams.
Clinics - There has not run as many clinics recently as hiring venues with restrictive
time has made it difficult. However, when the new yard is set up, Ben is planing
to do regular dressage, jumping and cross country training days / evening clinics
open to everyone.
Schooling - This can be for competition preparation, general improvement or development
of the horse.
Backing - Ben prefers the term backing to breaking. As the term implies backing is
working with trust, breaking is forcing submission. This again can be done at your
yard or a backing livery will be provided when the new yard is set up.
Clipping - This is a seasonal service. Starting in September and ending in February.
This can be done at your yard and a clip to suit your horses needs.
